Skill development programme under the aegis of National Bamboo Mission at Goalpara

GOALPARA: Rain Forest Research Institute, Jorhat is organizing a two-day skill development programme at Goalpara as a follow-up decision taken at the review meeting of development of aspirational district held under the chairmanship of Ramen Deka, Co-Vice Chairman of State Innovation and Transformation Aayog (SITA) at the Conference Hall of the Deputy Commissioner, Dhubri on November 30.

Accordingly, the training will be held on December 22 and 23 and also proposes to conduct a skill development training on bamboo shoot processing and value addition for the selected trainees during March 2022 under the aegis of National Bamboo Mission.
