Son hacks father to death over a trivial dispute in Udalguri district

TANGLA: In yet another incident of patricide, a 35-year-old man allegedly hacked his father to death in their house in Nabinpolly locality of Tangla town in Udalguri district over a trivial dispute on Friday night.Tangla Police

Reportedly, a heated argument ensued between the deceased, Arjun Das and accused Rabindra Das. Sources said that the son picked up a quarrel with his father over a trivial issue and hacked him to death with an axe in a fit of rage. Meanwhile, Tangla Police have arrested the youth and are also interrogating his wife.
