Sonapur Social Development Society felicitated meritorious students

DEMOW: The Sonapur Social Development Society, an NGO felicitated the meritorious students in various areas of Demow on Thursday who passed with flying colours in the HSLC and HS Final Examination 2023. The Sonapur Social Development Society, an NGO had started their felicitation programme from Thursday. Stephen Chaura, former president of ACMS, Moran Branch, Kartick Malla of All Assam Bhojpuri Yuba Parishad Central Committee, members of Sonapur Social Development Society along with other dignitaries took part.

The meritorious students of Athabari Tea Estate, Kaliapani, Dehingmukh Teteliguri, Khongia Tea Estate areas were felicitated on Thursday by Sonapur Social Development Society by visiting door-to-door with a certificate, a school bag and essential items. Under the presidentship of Sanjay Prasad Sah, president of Sonapur Social Development Society the programme was organized. The Sonapur Social Development Society has taken such programmes from the last couple of years. A total of 150 meritorious students will be felicitated by visiting door to door, informed Sanjay Prasad Sah, president of Sonapur Social Development Society.
