Sootea MLA Padma Hazarika inaugurated developmental schemes

JAMUGURIHAT: Sootea MLA Padma Hazarika inaugurated various developmental schemes in various parts of Sootea LAC on Sunday. Two water supply schemes of No. 2 Borpothar village and Ujorachuk village constructed under the Jal Jeevan Mission respectively were inaugurated by Sootea MLA Padma Hazarika.

MLA Hazarika also inaugurated the newly-constructed office building of Dakhin Shilabandha Gaon Panchayat. Hazarik further inaugurated the construction works of two roads - Sorubhagiya village and Bori Gaon connecting road measuring 2,740 metres and Monai Centre and Monai TE connecting road measuring 1,300 metres to be constructed under the Chief Minister's special package on Sunday. The events were attended by Lakhi Kanta Bora, president of Sootea Anchalik Panchayat, Ganga Devi, president of Dakhin Shilabandha Gaon Panchayat, Hitesh Barua, ZPC member, along with other dignitaries.
