Sootea Municipal Board organized a Drawing competition

JAMUGURIHAT:  To commemorate the 77th Independence Day, the office of the Naduar Revenue Circle in collaboration with Sootea Municipal Board had organized a drawing competition among the students of the greater Sootea area on August 13 at Sootea. The result of the drawing competition was declared on Monday. Accordingly, in category A Himashree Priyam got the first position, Kabyam Ojha, second and Kritagyata Hazarika secured the third position. Similarly, in category B, Darshan Bora secured the first position while Mriganki Hazarika and Pritisha Saikia got the second and the third positions respectively. On the contrary, in the category C, Kabyashree Hazarika bagged the first position while Neelim Nayan Gogoi got the second position and Geetartha Bora and Swapnashikha Bora secured the third positions jointly. Drishtri Priya Das and Aditya Bora got the jury’s special award. The award distribution ceremony will be held at the historic Sootea Police Station on the day of Independence Day.
