Special coaching camp organized at Mangaldai College

MANGALDAI: Darrang district administration and Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Mangaldai College in a praiseworthy joint initiative to offer guidance to the interested young generation to appear in the UPSC, APSC, SSC and other competitive examinations, has organized a special coaching camp at Mangaldai College. The coaching camp will be continued for a three-month course up to October next.

Darrang Deputy Commissioner Pranab Kumar Sarma marked the inauguration of the camp at the Science Gallary of Mangaldai College on Saturday by lighting a lamp in the traditional way. In his inaugural speech, Deputy Commissioner Sarma narrated his experience in appearing in the APSC examination way back in 1992. He also interacted with the participants as the resource person. Taking part in function as a resource person, Superintendent of Police Raj Mohan Ray advised the participants to get themselves totally prepared for hard work to achieve their goal.

Former legislator and Chairman of Assam Fisheries Development Corporation Guru Jyoti Das also addressed the function while Principal of Mangaldai College Dr Kamala Kanta Bora offered the welcome speech.
