Srirampur Press Club new members take oath

Gossaigaon: The oath-taking ceremony of Srirampur Press Club was held on Sunday at its office premises in Srirampur Market of Gossaigaon subdivision under Kokrajhar district. Kamakhya Sarkar, chief advisor and former president of the club, presided over the meet.

Gossaigaon Press Club secretary Dulal Ch. Ray, Srirampur High School headmistress Kakoli Paul, Srirampur VCDC chairman Dilip Poddar and other dignitaries attended the programme.

VCDC chairman Dilip Poddar administered the oath to the newly-appointed members. Biswajit Choudhary has been appointed as the president of the new committee, Sanjib Shill as secretary, Arun Gupta, Sajal Dey, Jyotika Das, Koushik Biswas, Bhavananda Poddar, Akter Hussain and Dilip Talukdar are the executive members of the committee.
