SSB conducts motor driving and mechanical training for youths along Indo-Bhutan border

KOKRAJHAR: A 15-day vocational training on motor driving-cum-mechanical training programme for 15 youths of border areas was organized by 6 Bn SSB, Raninghuli in collaboration with Don Bosco Vocational Institute, Amguri, Kokrajhar at Hatisar, Dadgiri along the Indo-Bhutan border.

Lokesh Kumar Singh, Commanding Officer, 6 Bn SSB, inaugurated the skill development vocational training in presence of some prominent persons and media representatives in the area.

Singh said that the 6th Bn SSB, Ranighuli was dedicated for the development of the border people and frequently conducted various community welfare programmes such as computer training, mobile repairing, tailoring, motor driving, study tour, MCA, VCA, distribution of sports items, installation of solar light etc.
