SSB Lalpool imparts training to border youths in Udalguri

UDALGURI: The 23rd battalion SSB Lalpool imparted training to selected youths of the Indo-Bhutan border villages on cutting, tailoring and beautician courses.

At a programme, Anthony Thanmi, DIG, SHQ Bezpara Tezpur conferred certificates to the successful trainees. During the programme, the SSB donated water purifiers, dustbins and solar lights to selected schools and public places. Some sports materials were also provided to local clubs. Bholanath Yadav, the commandant of 23rd bn Lalpool, thanked all those who were instrumental in making the programme a success.
