SSB Lalpool initiates tailoring training for Border Area Women

UDALGURI: The 23rd battalion SSB Lalpool has initiated tailoring and stitching training to the border area women folk.

The one-month long free tailoring and stitching training was inaugurated by Rohitashwa, the Commandant of 23rd battalion SSB Lalpool. He urged the selected trainees to complete the training and try to earn their livelihood.

Lok Bahadur Chhetry, the Principal of Ramswaroop Agarwalla Memorial English School, and Bidyut Ranjan Kalita, the Principal of Premier Junior College, also addressed the meeting. The villagers lauded the efforts of SSB for their economic uplift.
