Statues of freedom fighters unveiled on 71st Republic Day in Kalaigaon

KALAIGAON: On the 71st Republic Day, statues of two freedom fighters were unveiled on January 26 at village No. 2 Amguri under Kalaigaon police station. The statues of freedom fighters Phakir Chand Bishwas and Santush Sarkar were unveiled by one of their relatives Jagadish Roy. The function began with flag hoisting.
