Suspension extended for Bikram Aditya Bora and Noshin Ahmed

GUWAHATI: The suspension order of the former Deputy Secretary, Bodoland Territorial Region, Bikram Aditya Bora, was extended by a review committee. Also, the suspension of the former Deputy Secretary to the Government of Assam, Transport Department, Adul Khair Ilias Noshim Ahmed, was extended after being considered by a review committee.

They were placed under suspension after his arrest on December 4, 2021, in connection with Vigilance PS Case No. 05/2021. The suspensions have been extended for three more months, with effect from June 4, 2023, or till any further notification as per the orders of the Governor of Assam.
