Teacher Durlav Baruah of Udalguri district passes away

TANGLA: Durlav Baruah, subject teacher of Bengbari High School, an inhabitant of Borjolah village near Tangla town of Udalguri district passed away due to diabetes related ailment at a hospital in Guwahati on Sunday night. He was 55. A large number of people including teachers and students of Bengbari High School, Tangla Girls' High School thronged his residence on Monday to pay their last respect to the departed soul. Baruah who had previously served Tangla Girls High School and Tangla HS school was working as a science teacher of Bengbari High School. His death was widely mourned by various organisations and institutions including Tangla unit of AASU, AJYCP, Tangla Xahitya Xabha, Tangla media circle, Tangla Press Club among others.
