Technical Session of Mising Bane Kebang held at Cultural Bhawan, Sivasagar

GAURISAGAR: Mising Bane Kebang (MBK), Central Committee in association with Mising Agom Kebang(MAK), Mising Dirbi Kebang(MDK), Takam Mising Porin Kebang(TMPK), Mising Mimag Kebang (MMK) and Takam Mising Mime Kebang(TMMK) recently organized a technical session at Ganashilpee Bikram Sing Yein Memorial Cultural Bhawan, Desangmukh, Sivasagar.

The meeting was chaired by President of Mising Bane Kebang Paramananda Sahengiya in the presence of educationist Agom Migom, former President of MAK Nahendra Padun.

Padun explained and elaborated on the subjects i.e. Ali A:ye Ligang, Dobur, Dadgang and Midang base on the Abang. The meeting was attended by president of MAK Gubindo Taid and general secretary Dimbeswar Doley, President of MDK Suraj Kumar Patiri, Advisor Akalabya Gam, president of TMPK Rajakumar Morang and general secretary Padmalusan Doley, president of MMK, Sunil Pegu and general secretary Biju Kumar Pegu, vice president of TMMK Indira Sinte Kumbang and general secretary Bontilota Pegu and Johan Doley, EC-MAC Noresh Kumbang, EC of MAC Prasanta Bori, EC-MAC Purusuttram Doley, EC-MAC Kalinath Panging. Indreswar Pegu and some educationists and social workers.

Earlier, general secretary of MBK Raju Medok explained the objective of the meeting while president, Reception Committee Dembi Ram Panging delivered welcome speech. The vote of thanks was offered by renowned social worker and chief advisor of Reception committee Punaram Mili. The main objective of the session was preservation and promotion of traditional cultural heritage of second largest tribes of Assam Mising community.
