Atmosphere of peace in BTC was created by BJP government: Himanta Biswa Sarma

The public meeting of BJP was held in Labdangguri in Baksa District (BTC) of Assam with Gautam Das, the BJP party candidate of No. 20 Mathanguri constituency of BTC.

The meeting was attended by BJP National General Secretary Dilip Saikia, Minister Dr. Himanta Bishwa Sharma, State BJP president Ranjit Kumar Dass including other members of the party.

Speaking at the meeting, Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said," The atmosphere of peace in BTC was created by the BJP government."

He said the people should live in peace. There can be no political assassination inside the BTC.

The Minister further said," I am a Minister of Assam. The general public of the State has made me a Minister and BTC Chief Hagrama Mohilary says I would not be allowed to enter the BTC. Mohilary thinks BTC is his father's property."
