Artificial Intelligence (AI) or, also known as machine intelligence is in contrast to natural intelligence and in today's fast racing world, the AI-powered things are more in demand. It is in this field of AI-based start-ups that some of the budding female techies have been able to make a special place amongst which Assam girl Chandralika Hazarika is one.

Chandralika Hazarika, being an architect and MBA graduate, had her experiences of working with ITC and Space Matrix and today she is one of the forerunners amongst the AI-based start-up runners in India. With a global and multicultural experience of 10 years in this field, Chandralika was always interested in developing tech products that are highly intuitive and simple at the same time. In addition, she has been a part-time fashion designer and owns her own fashion label, Velvet Piano.

Playing her role as Co-Founder along with Shivang Desai, and as the Managing Director of Bigthinx, Chandralika wanted to make tech products that could be adopted by any and everyone worldwide and as desired by her, she well excelled in her aspirations.

That was the beginning and she made her first step and today her company Bigthinx is a noted name in the AI-based startup whose flagship products have been able to garner great applauds from users. One of the highly appreciated apps developed by her company is the Lyflike app which lets users create their own customised clothing by controlling materials, size, lengths, style, fit, mixing and matching, and viewing them on personalised. What is more, users can see their walkabout avatars in immersive simulation and this indeed is a revolutionary app in the fashion industry. Her new product, Lyfsize, which is set to launch soon gets 3D body scans and precise body measurements from just two smartphone pictures. These measurements can be used for accurate size predictions, mass customization of clothing, made-to-measure fashion, health and fitness.

Other AI-based start-ups run by female techies who also top the list with the Assam girl are Aditi Avasthi, Founder and CEO of Embibe; Ashwini Asokan, CEO of Mad Street Den; Meghna Saraogi, Founder of MirrAR and Amrutha Valli, Founder and CEO of PurpleApple.

These female AI-bases start-up runners based in India are standing out in a row of thousand others for their innovative ideas and one-of-a-kind innovations.
