Themecstasy e-magazine formally released virtually at an online event

KOKRAJHAR: Themecstasy, an e-magazine, was formally released virtually at an online event on Sunday. The magazine was inaugurated by Dr. Arup Kumar Nath, Assistant Professor, Department of English, Tezpur University. In the inaugural address, Dr. Nath deliberated on various important aspects related to the responsibility of digital media. He also put forward some valuable suggestions to be incorporated in the magazine in the issues to come. Speaking on the occasion as the special guest, Prof. Sanjay Kr. Singh, Head, Department of Library and Information Science, Gauhati University , stressed the need of digital publications, especially in the prevailing COVID-19 situation. He appreciated the efforts of the editorial team for bringing out this magazine. Besides, many others, the event was also attended by some contributors to the maiden issue of the magazine. In their brief speeches, some of them expressed their appreciation for the magazine and wished a healthy growth of the magazine.
