Third phase of Gunotsav begins in Cachar district

SILCHAR: From MP Dr Rajdeep Roy and MLA Dipayan Chakraborty to top rank bureaucrat and police officials like G D Tripathi, Rohan Kumar Jha and Ananda Mishra participated as External Evaluators as the Gunotsav generated much enthusiasm in Cachar district. Third phase of Gunotsav in 2168 schools in the district began on Thursday. On Friday, external evaluation was done in 729 schools in the district. In this three-day process, altogether 911 external evaluators tested the merit of 2,50,387 students in 2163 schools in Cachar district. Apart from Principal Secretary Tripathi and Assistant Inspector General (Sports) Anand Mishra, the Guardian Minister Jayanta Malla Baruah would also visit schools as an External Evaluator.
