Three die of chicken pox at Behali under Biswanath sub division

BISWANATH CHARIALI: Sensation prevailed at Behali under Biswanath sub division while three daughters of the same family lost their life due to chicken pox. According to information, Ranju Ghatowar (27) and Manika Ghatowar (25), daughters of Biren Ghatowar of Bhimdanga village under Behali police station had been suffering from the disease for the last couple of days and was under treatment at Tezpur Medical College Hospital where they lost their lives. Later, Biren Ghatowar’s third daughter, Lakshmi Ghatowar (13) also lost her live due to the same disease.

Meanwhile, doctors and medical workers visited Ghatowar’s home and took stock of the situation. Massive awareness programmes have also been started in the areas.
