LAKHIMPUR: A total of 37 COVID-19 patients were detected during the last 24 hours in Lakhimpur district. Out of them, nine patients who were detected on Sunday have been identified as Badan Mahanta (57) of Khelmati, Jan Kakati (48) of Chamua Gaon, Niju Baruah (41) of Bormuriya Tiniali, Phunu Kumar Baruah (65) of Bormuriya Tiniali, Aditi Baruah (26) of Bormuriya Tiniali, Alimuddin Ali (21), a worker in Lakhimpur Medical College and Hospital and Bandhab Saikia of Pothalipam.

On the other hand, a total of 28 COVID-19 patients were reported in the district on Monday. They have identified as Jayanta Chutia (40), Naresh Basfor (48), Putul Basfor (48), Tankeswar Pradhan (20), Kiran Pagag (21), Ramen Saikia (44), Bijay Gogoi (21), Tutumoni Chutiya (35), Nanish Jain (47) and Kalpana Jain (40) of Bengali Colony, Hafijur Islam (29), Abhijit Kalita (27), Pawan Borah (50), Rani Baruah (12) of Gharmora, Gandia, Maneswar Kaman (23), Prafulla Narah (23), Ramesh Narah (23), Kiran Ramchiyari (22)

Atul Payang (21), Chaitanya Borah (30) and Bogiram Borah (70) of Borpothar, Powal Borah (50), Kusum Kakoti (66) of Chamua Gaon, Mridupawan Borah (28) of Chaoldhowa Gohain Gaon, Shiv Charan (36) an LMCH worker, Digen Borah (30) of Mermukh, Pallabjyoti Sonowal (31) of Boginadi and Hinanta Lagasu of Kohualagaschuk of Dhakuakhana subdivision.
