Tribal Guest House inaugurated by Education Minister Dr Ranoj Pegu

TEZPUR: State Education and Welfare of Plain Tribe & Backward Classes Minister Dr Ranoj Pegu on Sunday inaugurated the Tribal Guest House constructed in the heart of the cultural city of Tezpur.

The minister inaugurated the three-storey 12-room tribal guest house near the Sonitpur Commissioner’s office at a cost of Rs 1.99 crore. The minister also inaugurated the Integrated Tribal Development Project and the office of Tezpur Sub-Division Welfare Officer near Dr. Bhupen Hazarika Kalabhumi in Tezpur. The meeting was attended by MLAs Prithviraj Rabha and Krishna Kamal Tati, Additional Commissioner of Sonitpur, District Tribal and Scheduled Castes Presidents and dignitaries
