Tribute paid to deceased cricketer Bibhakar Nag in Golaghat

GOLAGHAT: A tribute programme was organized at the stadium premises here on Sunday to pay homage to one of the rising cricketers Bibhakar Nag, who recently lost his life. The programme also paid tribute to noted football referee Babul Khan. After the ceremony, players of different sporting events under Golaghat District Sports Association and who have passed out High School Leaving Certificate and Higher Secondary Final Exams were felicitated. The players were given a warm welcome by the president of Golaghat District Sports Association (GDSA) DrAjitBaruah, vice president DrNripenBaruah, general secretary Sanjib Handique, vice president of Assam Cricket Association PariksheetDutta along with other officials and members of the GDSA.
