Two bike lifters nabbed by Sootea police

JAMUGURIHAT: A team of Sootea police along with police personnel from Itakhola outpost managed to nab two bike lifters from Itkhola area on Tuesday. The two bike lifters have been identified as Sirajul Islam and Mujibur Rahman.

According to information, Kalpajit Sarma, officer in-charge of Sootea PS, and Shymal Neog, officer in-charge of Itakhola outpost, along with a police team had conducted a search operation in and around of Itakhola area on July 31 and managed to recover six bikes from Itakhola, Sejusa, Balidonga and Ghahigaon area. The recovered bikes include one Yamaha FZ and Bajaj V-15, two Super Splendor bikes and two Hero Glamour bikes.
