2 People Injured in Road Mishap at Demow Nitai Road

DEMOW: A road accident took place in Demow Nitai Road under Demow Police Station on Monday night where two persons were seriously injured. According to sources, an Indigo car (AS 01 A M 5225) was coming from Demow and heading towards Nitaipukhuri at a high speed and from the opposite direction a motorcycle (AS 04 W 4247) was coming. The Indigo car hit the motorcycle due to which Chandan Deka, who was on the motorcycle, fell and broke both his legs. Jitu Barua, who was also in the motorcycle, was also seriously injured. Both were taken to Demow Model Hospital.
