ULFA (I) leader Khagen Bora alias Sagar Tapna surrenders

JAMUGURIHAT: Khagen Bora alias Sagar Tapna, a central leader of the ULFA (I), secretly surrendered before Rajen Singh, Superintendent of Police of Biswanath, on Thursday. The senior ULFA (I) leader held the rank of assistant organizing secretary and he had joined the outfit in 1991. He handed over a pistol and eight rounds of active bullets while surrendering. Khagen Bora hails from Bahuwauri village under Sootea police station in Biswanath district.
