UPPL candidate for Bhairabkunda constituency releases poll manifesto

UDALGURI: Gobinda Basumatari, the UPPL candidate for Bhairabkunda constituency in the BTC election, has released a manifesto assuring the people all-round development of the region.

In a meeting presided over by Jivan Nirola, the manifesto was released in English, Assamese and Boro languages. Releasing the manifesto, Basumatari said that if he was elected to power, he would fulfil all assurances given to the people as per fund and opportunity.

Bhramon Baglari, the vice-president of UPPL, also assured the people a positive change in the region. He said that Udalguri district was the most deprived district in BTC as far as development aspect was concerned.
