Woman tries to commit suicide in a temple in Nagaon

Nagaon: A woman tried to commit suicide by consuming some poisonous substance. The incident took place at a temple in Nagaon. The woman identified as a resident of Hatipara area of Nagaon was spotted by the temple priest behind the temple.

According to the priest of Krishna Ram Shiv Temple, he heard a woman trying to vomit. When he walked up towards the backside of the temple, he found the woman who had consumed some poisonous stuff and was trying to vomit. She was later rushed to the hospital in an ambulance.

She works in an office in Nagaon and the staff of the organization has denied any harassment at the workplace. She has been working with them for the last seven months.
