Workshop on coronavirus held at SM Dev Civil Hospital, Silchar

Silchar: As part of the surveillance program of novel Coronavirus, an orientation of medical officers was held on Wednesday at the conference hall of SM Dev Civil Hospital, Silchar. Under the chairmanship of Dr. Sudip Jyoti Das, Jt. Director of Health Services, the other officials present in the workshop were Dr. Ajit Bhattacharjee, DSO, IDSP, Dr. Abhisek Gope, SMO (WHO), Suman Choudhury, District Media Expert, NHM, Gopi Chetia, Epidemiologist. Doctors from PHCs, CHOs, and Model Hospitals were oriented on different aspects of novel Coronavirus, stated a press release.
