Workshop on Koch Rajbongshi folk song and dance organized at Tamulpur

Tamulpur: An 11-day workshop on Koch Rajbongshi folk song and folk dance started from Tuesday at Tamulpur Community Hall. It has been organized by Tamulpur Cultural Centre in collaboration with the Directorate of Cultural Department, BTC, Kokrajhar. On this occasion, an inaugural function was held which was conducted by the Cultural Development Officer of Tamulpur, Jugant Bayan at the Tamulpur Community Hall. As instructors, prominent musician Anil Roy, Uttam Roy and prominent dancer Himasree Sarma are taking part in this workshop. More than 70 trainees have enrolled for the workshop.
