Workshop on prevention of wildlife crime held at Hahara near Rangia

RANGIA: A workshop on prevention of wildlife crime and related Act was organized by Sector Headquarter of Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) camped at Hahara near Rangia on Thursday. The workshop was organized in collaboration with the Wildlife Crime Control Bureau (WCCB) North East Zone under the initiative of Jagdeep Pal Singh, DIG SHQ SSB Rangia.

The whole workshop was conducted by Agni Mitra, Regional Deputy Director, WCCB, as a resource person. In his speech, Mitra said that the workshop would definitely the participants enhance their skill, understanding in dealing and taking preventing measures to control wildlife related crimes in their concerned Area of Responsibility. During the workshop, Sanjeev Singh, second in-command, SHQ SSB Rangia, also narrated his experiences. All levels of field commanders of SHQ SSB Rangia attended the programme held at the auditorium hall of SHQ Administrative Block, Rangia.
