World Pharmacist Day celebrated in Bongaigaon

BONGAIGAON: World Pharmacist Day was celebrated at Bongaigaon by Bongaigaon District Pharmacist Association. The program started with flag hoisting and lighting lamp which was followed by a group discussion. The open session held under the presidentship of Fazlur Rahman, President of Bongaigaon district Pharmacist Association where several noted persons including Ananda Sarma, Project Director of NRHM, Lipika Boro, District Medicine Inspector, Sanjay Baisya, DDSM of Bongaigaon district Medicine store etc were present. Total eight pharmacists who have completed B-Pharrma Degree from Assam Down Town University were felicitated. Two retired pharmacists Manobendra Das and Kanika Das were also felicitated.
