World Rhino Day celebrated in Kaziranga National Park

NUMALIGARH: Aaranyak and Kaziranga National Park Authority, in collaboration with Natundanga Eco-development committee, celebrated World Rhino Day, 2021in Natundanga village, Burhapahar Range, Kaziranga on Wednesday.

The programme was supported by David Shephard Wildlife Foundation (DSWF). Various activities and competitions were undertaken among the student participants to spread the message of awareness about the one-horned rhino. An art competition was held among the students to express their creativity and knowledge about the rhinos.

Medini Gogoi, FR 1, Burapahar Range, Kaziranga, Arif Hussain, Manager, RRCD, Aaranyak, and other dignitaries were present in the programme. A prize distribution ceremony for the various competitions was also held.
