Written examination for the post of Junior Assistant cancelled in Golaghat

GOLAGHAT: The District Selection Committee on October 28 decided to cancel the examination held on March 15, 2020 for the post of Junior Assistant under the Golaghat Deputy Commissioner's Amalgamated establishment.

On Friday vide letter no. GPE 37/2017-18/131, dated Golaghat the 30 October/2020, the Deputy Commissioner of Golaghat said that the written examination for the posts of Junior Assistant had been cancelled by the selection committee considering the improper compliance. Notably, several candidates raised allegation of anomalies in selection of candidates for appearing in the written examination. The selection committee further decided to allow the candidates who appeared in the written test held on 15-03-2020 for the post Junior Assistant of the Deputy Commissioner's Amalgamated establishment, Golaghat, to appear in the re-written examination, date of which will be intimated via print social media and official website of the Golaghat district administration.
