Youth electrocuted in Jorhat district

JORHAT: A youth was reportedly electrocuted at Chiram Mising village under Teok revenue circle in the district on Wednesday.

According to an official source of the Teok revenue circle, the deceased, identified as Dadul Morang (40 years), died when he was on his way to the paddy field in the morning and reportedly came in contact with a supporting cable of an electric pole and died due to electrocuted. He was rushed to Teok FRU where he was declared dead.
