Youth meets watery grave at Manas National Park

PATHSALA: In a tragic incident, a youth lost his life in a boat mishap at Manas National Park on Sunday. The deceased has been identified as 35-year-old ChandanChoudhury of PathsalaJanpar area. He had gone to Manas National Park for picnic and was enjoying a boat ride in the Beki River at NarayanguriGhat. According to report, during the boat ride he suddenly fell into the river. Although he was rescued later, he had passed away. He, along with his wife and two children, had gone for picnic. He was an employee of the panchayat and rural development department.
