All India Railway Archery inaugurated at the N.F. Railway Sports Association

GUWAHATI: General Manager, Northeast Frontier Railway Chetan Kumar Shrivastava inaugurated the 13th All India Rail-way (Men & Women) Archery Championship at the N.F. Railway Sports Association Football Stadium, Pandu on Monday. There are total 11 teams from various Zones; Production Units of Indian Railways are participating in the meet.

The participating list included several top archers of the country like Olympian, Arjuna Awardee and Padmashree Awardee L Bombayla Devi (Eastern Railway), Olympian and Arjuna Awardee Mangal Singh Champia (Eastern Railway),Olympian and Arjuna Awardee Rahul Banerjee (Eastern Railway), Olympian Laxmi Rani Majhi (Chittaranjan Locomotive Works) and Asian Games Bronze Medallist Trisha Deb (Eastern Railway).
