Assam Police Blues win in RG Baruah Super Division Football League

GUWAHATI: Assam Police Blues ended their first leg campaign in the RG Baruah Super Division Football League with a win at the Nehru stadium here today. The side in their 7th round match defeated Maharana AC by a solitary goal. The all important goal of the match was scored by Chitrajit Chutia in the 80th minute of the game. With this victory AP Blues moved into the third spot in the points table with 12 points. Maharana AC are at fourth place with 10 points. Tomorrow's match: ASEBSC vs Sunrise.
