Assam Youth Olympics: Cyclist injured during competition

GUWAHATI: A participant, who took part in the cycling event of the Assam Youth Olympics today, was seriously injured after a two wheeler hit him during the competition near Khetri. The injured cyclist has been identified as Diganta Das of Golaghat and he was immediately rushed to the Gauhati Medical College. The eye witness said that the two-wheeler, involved in the accident, was driving by the monitor of the event who was following the cyclists on the track.
