Brahmaputra Boys, Dihing Patkari Riders win in Assam Challenges Trophy

GUWAHATI: Brahmaputra Boys and Dihing Patkai Riders collected full points in the Assam Challenges Trophy held at the Amingaon Cricket ground here today. In the day's first game Brahmaputra Boys registered their second victory in the competition defeating Subansiri Champs by 12 runs. In the other game Dihing Patkai Riders won against Manas Tigers by 8 runs.

Brief scores: 1st game-Brahmaputra Boys 144-4 (20 overs), Rishav Das 77 no, Subansiri Champs 132-9 (20 overs), Abdul Aziz 37, Saahil Jain 27, Krishna Das 4-14. 2nd game: Dihing Patkai 118-9 (20 overs), Nasir Ullah 31, Pradyun Saikia 29, Hrishikesh Borah 3-20, Manas Tigers 110-8 (20 overs), Wasiqur Rahman 51, Bikash Chetry 4-15, Nipan Deka 3-19.
