Dhemaji in good position against Bokakhat in JK Barooah Cricket

GUWAHATI: Dhemaji are in the driver's seat against Bokakhat in the JK Barooah Cricket which got under way at the Amingaon ground here today. Invited to bat first, Dhemaji bowled out 217 in the first innings.

Md Salman (80) and Lakhyajit (77) scored half centuries and Somu Sarma bagged 5-70. Bokakhat were bowled out 106 in their first innings in just 27. 4 overs thanks to a nice spell from Pradip Sonowal (6-31).Dhemaji were 90-5 in their second innings at stumps on Day I. Darshan Dutta remained not out on 41.
