Jintu Gogoi Memorial Football Tournament will begin from February 15

GUWAHATI: 18th edition of Capt Jintu Gogoi Memorial Football Tournament will begin at Duliajan from February 15. Altogether 24 teams from various states of the North East will take part in the 9-day championship. Apart from Duliajan, the competition will be held in three other venues- Dibrugarh, Tinsukia and Digboi. Meanwhile various trophies of the tournament were unveiled in a colourful function at Dibrugarh which was attended by Brig K S Gill, Commander, Laipuli Brigade and Bimal Bora, Minister of Commerce, Industry and Public Enterprise.
