Maharana AC end campaign with a victory in GSA RG Baruah Super Division Football League

GUWAHATI: Maharana AC defeated Assam Police Blues by 4-1 in the GSA RG Baruah Super Division Football League at the Nehru Stadium here today. Maharana took just three minutes to go ahead in the game through Jaydeep Gogoi. He also scored another goal on 70th minute. Mostafa Ali (85, 87 minutes) was the other scorer for Maharana. Assam Police Blues reduced one through Didmsha Basumatary. With this match both the teams completed their league campaign this season. Maharana collected 18 points from their 14 matches and Assam Police Blues finished with 17 points from their 14 games. Tomorrow's match: FC Green Valley vs NF Railway.
