GUWAHATI: It was a mixed day for Assam in the Sub Junior National Handball Championship at Sonapur on Tuesday. The Hosts lost their first game against Tripura in the morning but recorded a huge victory over Arunachal Pradesh in their second game. Assam lost to Tripura by 15-19 but came back strongly in the second game and won it by 10-0. In the other matches of the competition Rajasthan beat Daman and Diu by 19-9, Uttar Pradesh won against Telengana 19-12, Bihar beat Maharashtra 22-7, Tamil Nadu won against Meghalaya 21-6, Jammu and Kashmir defeated Arunachal Pradesh 15-0
