NEFU Player Holicharan Narzary Ties Knot With Geetanjali Deori

KOKRAJHAR: One of the most promising football players of the Northeast who represented NEFU in the ISL Holicharan Narzary got nuptial knot with Geetanjali Deori of Howly, Barpeta on Wednesday night. Geetanjali who is the medical student in Udaipur, Rajasthan is the daughter of Sabharam Deori.

The marriage ceremony was held as pet Bodo tradition at Batabari village near Kokrajhar where many sports personalities, dignitaries, leaders of different organizations, well-wishers and villagers gathered the courtyard of Narzary to bless the new couple.

Midfielder Narzary, who is now representing Kerala Bluster in the ISL wrapped traditional Aronai around his head on the ceremony while the new bride wore red Dokhna and Chadar.
