GUWAHATI: New Star Club defeated ASEBSC by 49 runs in the SLAC Pride Cup Cricket held at the Amingaon Cricket Ground today. Parvez Musharaf (78, 54 balls, 4X6, 6X1) was the star of the match.

In the other game of the day, Gauhati Town Club (GTC) thrashed Bud Cricket club by 8 wickets, Bishal Sarma (69no) was the top scorer in the game.
