New Star Club win by 5 wickets

GUWAHATI: New Star Club defeated Royals Club by 5 wickets in the 3rd Assam Premier Club Cricket Championship match held at the Judges field here today.

In another game at Dhubri, rode on Bikash Sha's (129) century New Club thrashed DCCC by 104 runs.

Venue : Dhubri- New Club 304 (32.5 overs), Bikash Sha 129, Sarfras Newas Choudhury 42, Jinendra Jain 4/75, DCCC 200 (28.2 overs), Bishal Thapa 38, Jinendra Jain 38, Bishal Prasad 31 Kamal Hassan 3/54, Result : New Club won by 104 runs.

Venue: Dibrugarh-Cricket Club of Dibrugarh (Masters) 88 (30 overs), Dipen Gogoi 30, Sandeep Sharma 5/12, DCCC 90/3 (18.5 overs), Angshuman Juman 20. Result: Dibrugarh Cricket Coaching Centre won by 7 wickets.
