State Open Masters Athletics Championship begins in Guwahati city

GUWAHATI: State Open Masters Athletics Championship got under way at the Indira Gandhi Athletics Stadium here today. The inaugural function was attended by Director of the Sports and Youth Welfare Nibedan Das Patowary, the president of the Assam Athletics Association Lakhya Konwar and others. Nearly 300 athletes from different parts of the State took part in the championship.
