Bank Employees Meeting held At Meghalaya Cooperative Apex Bank Ltd, Shillong

SHILLONG: The Cooperative Bank Employees of North Eastern Region along with the office bearers of the All India Cooperative Bank Employees Federation (AICBEF) held a meeting at Meghalaya Cooperative Apex Bank Ltd, Shillong recently. President, All India Bank Employees Association (AIBEA), Rajen Nagar inaugurated the meeting which was attended by more than 100 members of the Cooperative Bank Employees from all the States of the northeastern region including the office bearers of AICBEF from different parts of the country. General Secretary, AIBEA, CH Venkatachalam congratulated the Meghalaya Cooperative Apex Bank Employees’ Union (MCABEU) for organizing such an important event. He narrated the present scenario of the banking industry in the country and the latest position of bipartite settlement and assured the AICBEF of every possible help and support from the AIBEA in all their programmes and struggles.

Representatives from the North Eastern Region also spoke in the meeting highlighting various problems faced by their respective Unions.
