Fair Price Shops dealers told to renew licences

WILLIAMNAGAR: The East Garo Hills Deputy Commissioner of Supply has issued a notification stating that the term of license of all the Fair Price Shops, both urban and rural, in the district will expire on 31 December next and directed all the dealers to submit renewal applications for renewal of licences or dealership for the year 2021.

The notification also said that the renewal applications should be recommended by the Vigilance Committees of the respective centers and the performance certificates should be obtained from the Sub-Inspector of Supply of the concerned area prior to submission of applications, stated a release.
