Martin Luther Christian University organized "The Joy of Reading"

Shillong: The Department of English and Communication of Martin Luther Christian University recently organized “The Joy of Reading.” This activity was intended to harbor a love for reading among school children. The students and faculty of the department contributed books, performed skits, interactive story narrations, and games in the two schools. Meanwhile, the Department of Psychology organized an awareness campaign on mental health issues faced by children in troubled families and the role of counselors in dealing with such issues.
